Led by Shalene Zaucha, our staff is fully qualified and court-approved to provide supervision services in Chester County including therapeutic supervised visitation. Additionally our certified mediators can help handle high conflict situations.

Our primary location is within a law office in residential downtown West Chester, not a government building. We strive for a friendly, welcoming environment that provides relief and comfort during an otherwise stressful time in your family's life.

How to get supervision services
If you've been assigned supervised child visitation:
First complete the Client Intake form on our website. This form provides us your contact information and the basic info we need to help you visit with your child/ren as quickly as possible.
We'll respond within 24 hours (often the same day) to answer any questions.
Next we'll ask the Custodial Party to provide their contact information by completing the Custodial Party Intake form. The Custodial Party is the person with primary custody of the child/ren.
Both you and the Custodial Party then review our Terms of Service to ensure the safety of the children and of our staff.
Then we schedule your visits!
services we offer
Supervised Visitation: $150 per hour
- Supervised visitation for you and your child/ren at our convenient West Chester location. Our Supervision Center provides a safe, comfortable space to spend time with your children.
- Supervised visitation for you and your child/ren at an offsite location convenient to you and your family, for example at the custodial parent's home.
- A detailed report following each supervised visit.
- A summary report at the conclusion of all assigned visits if required.
- Audio/video recordings of visits available if ordered by the court
- Our supervisors offer flexible scheduling and quick response times.
Therapeutic Supervised Visitation
- Supervised visitation in a structured environment in the presence of a trained, court-approved professional.
- Set parenting goals and provide parenting strategies
- Starting at $150 per hour
Supervised Custody Exchanges
- Our trained supervisors can facilitate supervised custody exchanges which do not require intake from the other parent or party nor permission from the other party.
- Provide an exchange report to the requesting parent/party and their attorney.
Court Appearances
- Our qualified supervisors can appear in court on your behalf. Our staff can provide testimony of your visitations via court subpoena.
